Reservationless on-demand audio conference calling typically saves companies 40% over traditional reservation based conference calling. This service is as easy-to-use as picking up the phone, dialing an 800 number, and entering a conference I.D. Attendees join you via the same 800 number and conference I.D. It provides great flexibility and the power to control when and where customers have a conference call. This is the entry-level product used to get customers going. They are already using call conferencing; but, conferencing is typically done by reservation via an operator and provides very little flexibility; i.e., they have to attend the pre-scheduled meeting or cancel it. There are no reservations needed with Raindance Communications.
Raindance Meeting Edition the Raindance Communications' flagship service that enables reservationless conferencing interfaced with the Internet for real-time visual presentation sharing of any application you can run on your desktop. This service is used daily by most companies for their virtual meetings because Meeting Edition is easy to use, offers tremendous cost savings, the vast majority of their meeting and presentation information is in Power Point or other formats that some participants may not have.
Raindance Webcasting a powerful feature available with Raindance Webconferencing. Raindance Webcasting lets users record virtual meetings for later review by; those who could not attend; and attendees who need to review meeting discussions; i.e., attorney's reviewing complex legal information.
